How can I return an item?
If you want to change or return an item you ordered, no problem! You have 14 working days from receipt of the goods to let us know that you want to return the product. You can request the exchange or refund of the products ordered in a single solution.
To make the return, simply go to your customer area at the top left (if you have not already logged in enter your credentials), once done go to the order history, select the order and you will find an area where you can request a return . Inside you will have to enter the following information:
- Reason for return
- If you want a product change or refund
Once the message has been sent, you will have to wait for us to accept your request and once accepted, you can send the package to the address:

The only costs to be incurred are those for returning the purchased products: the shipment of € 8, you can choose whether to do it independently or we will send you the courier home.
Once your return has been received, Officina del Carpfishing reserves thirty (30) days to replace or refund it. In case of unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Only requests for returns that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
- that the items and packaging are in their original conditions;
- that the items have not been washed or used;
- that the articles have an original label;
- that the packaged and sealed items have not been opened by the customer;
In the event that an item does not meet one of the listed requirements, you will not be entitled to a replacement or a refund. In this case, the returned item will be returned to you, with the costs relating to the shipping paid by you.
